MY SUMMER TRAINING

“I had fun training with kickboxing…”

After the FWT14, I took some time off to go travelling. I ticked off quite a few places, Cotes d’Azur, Dubai, Bali…

I did manage to do a lot of work-outs during summer, though, by gymming, running, kickboxing and surfing, so I’d still stay fit for the winter months.

PRACTICING NEW TRICKS ON THE GLACIERS

In October, I was on the slopes again, skiing on the Glaciers around my home resort Silvretta Montafon and in Innsbruck. It was good to be finally back on the snow.

I spent a lot of time working on my tricks in Stubai, which was one of the few Parks with big kickers and a great rail set-up which was just epic. I even managed to find some pow! It was dope as so many pro freeskiers were there at the same time and so I got some shredding done with guys like team mate Tom Wallisch.

GETTING READY FOR FW15

Just before the FWT15 kicks off at the end of Jan, I flew over to Canada to work on the next Legs of Steel movie.
I was pretty stoked to be on a film trip again with those guys.

We did some heli skiing at Eagle Pass, which was awesome, and I even had my first ski touring experience when I was over there. Next up is the Red Bull Linecatcher, so it feels like these months will be good preparation for the Tour.
